• Please double-check all spellings, sizes, and layout information before submitting your order.

• Once we begin production, personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless damaged or defective.

• We may send you a design proof for approval before production. You are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay).

• PYTTAL does not store your credit or debit card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Each plaque is handcrafted and may take 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Because each plaque is custom-made, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

• Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing pyttalin@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

• If approved, we will replace or refund the item promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and design — is the property of PYTTAL and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PYTTAL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
