Because each piece is custom-made with your chosen design, fonts, and engraving, our policies are designed to ensure clarity, quality, and fairness for every order.
1. Production & Processing Time
Each plaque is handcrafted to your specifications.
Standard production time is 1-2 business days after proof approval (if applicable).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
We will notify you by email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Typical delivery times:
India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: 7–10 business days depending on destination and customs.
Delivery times may vary due to location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (check our store announcements).
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind, spelling errors, or design changes after approval.
Size, color, or layout preferences once the order is confirmed.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong item.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the plaque and packaging.
Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once engraving or casting has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If the package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
